Can we still be taught?

It’s sometimes said, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” Whether or not you consider yourself an ‘old dog’ or not, we recognize that this saying has an element of truth, but it’s not entirely true. Moses was not a young man when he first learned the Covenant name of God at the burning bush and God’s intentions to deliver the Israelites from slavery in Egypt. The Scriptures tell us about the things that happened in the Old Testament so that we learn from them! We also learn that the expression ‘good things happen to good people and bad things happen to bad people’ is also faulty. Join us for Bible Study at 9am and Worship at 10am!
